Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this review website collects when you read it, why we collect it and what we do with it. The site is an independent guide to online casinos. It does not run a casino, take bets or hold any player funds, so the data we handle is limited to ordinary website visits.

Who we are

We publish reviews and comparisons of online casinos for readers in Australia. The editorial team works independently from the operators we write about. When you click a button that leads to a casino, you leave this website and the casino's own privacy rules apply from that moment.

If you have a question about how your data is handled here, write to the contact address shown in the footer and we will answer in plain language.

What we collect

Our server logs record your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the request. We keep these logs for security and to see which pages are being read.

If you write to us by email, we keep the message and your address so we can reply. We do not ask for dates of birth, bank details, identity documents or any gambling account information, and you should never send them to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences and to count visits in aggregate. Analytics data is used to understand which sections are useful, for example whether readers reach the bonus terms or stop earlier.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages still load without them, though a few convenience features may reset on each visit.

Links to casinos

Buttons on this site may carry a tracking parameter so that the operator can tell a visit came from us. That parameter does not contain your name or email address. Once you are on the casino site, it may set its own cookies and ask you for personal details during registration. We never see what you enter there.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your question, and then removed. Aggregated statistics contain no personal details and may be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask for deletion. Send the request from the address you used to contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This policy may change when the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
